Q. How did you get the name "Anh Oi?"
A. It was actually inspired by the song titled "Nguoi Oi Yeu Nhau." The word has several meanings, but it is commonly used as an endearing expression used everyday in the Vietnamese home.

Q. What kind of t-shirts do you use?
A. Made of 100% fine ring-spun combed cotton, this lightweight t-shirt is exceptionally smooth and tight-knit, making it just as opaque as much heavier fabric. We get our shirts from a sweatshop-FREE manufacturer in Los Angeles, CA called American Apparel. You can feel the difference between our cotton and the cotton of other leading brands.

Q. When and what is your next design?
A. We make an effort to make meaningful designs that embody the Vietnamese spirit. Therefore it takes time as we aim to produce a new T-shirt once every other month. [e-mail us your suggestions and ideas]

Q. Washing instructions and shrinkage?
A. Wash warm, dry low heat. Although you should not expect any significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash. Expect about 5-7% shrinkage after the first wash. If you want to prevent shrinking you can air dry.

Q. What is the difference between Unisex and Baby-t styles?
A. Baby-t styles are designed specifically for the female body. This style is more fitted around the arms and waists to accentuate the female figure. On the other hand the Unisex style is made for both men and women and is your typical t-shirt.

Q. How long will it take to ship?
A. It will generally take 3-7 business days.

Q. What is "Backorder"?
A. If your item is on backorder this means that the item is currently out of stock and we are working hard to reprint them. Average delivery time for a backorder item is 2 additional weeks.

Q. What is your exchange/return policy?
A. For t-shirts you have the option of exchanging to a different size ONLY if the product has not been washed or stained. Instructions:

1. Write a note with what you would like to exchange to. Include your mailing address.

2. Include $2.50 for return shipping for each item.

3. Ship all items (note, t-shirt, money) to:
